A total of 32,400 m2 for parking (900 cars capacity) & 3 km of connecting roads. Works involved retaining walls, 300 kWp solar energy systems (simulated by PV-SYST, following JDECO rules). The design also includes sewerage systems, water, electricity, street lighting, telecommunication systems, landscaping, signing, and road marking.
