Scope of Work
- Renovate main lobby and corridor on ground floor with tile polishing and/or replacement works.
- Renovate staircase connecting ground floor to basement 1.
- Renovate the main entrance/access and external landscape. Rehabilitate surrounding green zone.
- Renovate coffee lab and annexed classroom ground floor.
- Renovate corridor in basement 1.
- Renovate WC units (staff and students); add dressing/changing rooms.
- Electromechanical, water, sanitation, and HVAC maintenance and/or renovation works.
- Accommodate new space for WC unit to serve PWD.
- Repair damage from humidity where found and ensure sound insulation before painting.
- Renovate storage area in basement 1 to be transformed to a new teaching kitchen.
- Install safety signing, emergency exits and improve fire alarm and extinguishing system.
- Renovate dining area and improve access ramps.
- Install a pilot Solar Energy (PV) System.
نطاق العمل
- تجديد الردهة الرئيسية والممر في الطابق الأرضي مع تلميع البلاط و/أو أعمال الاستبدال.
- تجديد الدرج الذي يربط الطابق الأرضي بالطابق السفلي 1.
- تجديد المدخل الرئيسي/الوصول والمناظر الطبيعية الخارجية. إعادة تأهيل المنطقة الخضراء المحيطة.
- تجديد مختبر القهوة والفصول الدراسية الملحقة بالطابق الأرضي.
- تجديد الممر في الطابق السفلي 1.
- تجديد وحدات المراحيض (للموظفين والطلاب)؛ إضافة غرف تغيير الملابس.
- أعمال الصيانة و/أو التجديد الكهروميكانيكية والمياه والصرف الصحي وتكييف الهواء.
- توفير مساحة جديدة لوحدة المراحيض لخدمة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
- إصلاح الأضرار الناجمة عن الرطوبة حيث وجدت وضمان عزل الصوت قبل الطلاء.
- تجديد منطقة التخزين في الطابق السفلي 1 لتحويلها إلى مطبخ تعليمي جديد.
- تركيب لافتات السلامة ومخارج الطوارئ وتحسين نظام إنذار الحريق والإطفاء.
- تجديد منطقة تناول الطعام وتحسين منحدرات الوصول.
- تركيب نظام طاقة شمسية تجريبي.
